The lymph nodes were as normal too. The chest X-ray was clear. Webtomography scan revealed 3 × 3 cm polypoidal mass at the cardia of the stomach along the lesser curvature. Patient was discussed in multi-disciplinary team meeting and recommendation was to perform surgical resection.
