WebInfusion is set at at 150 degrees on the Levo; low and slow. This step took 1 hour for warm up and 2 hours to infuse. My total time making this batch was about 5 hours. Levo isn't for people who are in a hurry by any means. This is similar to making butter on the stovetop. Patience is a virtue.
