After about three hours of blazing fast internet, setting up all my smart devices etc, suddenly lost internet. We have unfortunately got the red optical light on the NTD.

Web13 de jun. de 2014 · Basically a red optical is terminal, the fibre optic link between your NTD and he rest of the network is broken, it will not resolve its self without a tech visit. When you call the RSP they should be able to provide you with a time for a NBN tech visit in the next couple of days, if not push the issue. Good luck... Either way, raise fault. Do not try and fix yourself. The only thing you can do is reboot the nbn NTD and see if that fixes anything. Remove power and then turn back on. inspire dental of alexandria
