WebbBasically- Take DAW program, Download Soundfont, Download MIDI Import MIDI into DAW. And change each channel to use the Soundfont. It's pretty easy. Basically you can "remix" and "reinstrument" almost any video game track by standing on the backs of the people who did the hard work of sequencing the music and creating the soundfonts.
